When it’s come to watched, we can’t avoid Piaget and it’s watch-making finesse. Once again, Piaget make it happened with the thinnest manually wound movement with a tourbillon escapement.
Piaget’s flying tourbillon movement, which at a mere 3.5 millimetres is the thinnest of its kind, shines in all its beauty in the skeleton version. Striving to outdo themselves, to push the limits of achievement, Piaget’s engineers, designers and master watchmakers worked 12 additional months to conceive this light, refined, and spectacular variation on the most emblematic complication movement.
Their first attempt is set in 18 carat rose gold and diamonds encrusted into the mailplate, and looks are set to enter the Piaget Emperador kind of rectangular watch cases.
