It seems like the Emirati capital has already received a big boost last week in concerns of shopping when some of the world’s most luxurious brands declared serious intentions to open at new retail development on Al Maryah Island, The Galleria. Louis Vuitton and Prada are amongst the names which confirmed presence as the brands’ first stand alone in the UAE.
Some brands will get their first spots in Abu Dhabi like, Mulberry, Celine, Marc Jacobs and Berluti. Other names confirmed presence including Bottega, Jimmy Choo, Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Veneta, Gucci, Christian Louboutin and Cartier.
There will also be 12 licensed restaurants and a sum of 110 stores in which there will be outlets for Roger Dubuis, Van Cleef & Arpels, Michael Kors, Superdry, CH Carolina, Kenzo and Herrera. The Galleria is to open in late 2013
