In its continuous efforts to be up to date with the newest systems and latest entertainment contents, the Emirates Airline revealed new their new in-flight HD screens. Claimed to be the largest in size ever equipped in airplanes, the Emirates Airline hopes that with the new cutting-edge HD-enabled screens, passengers will be able to enjoy video content in more vivid colors and sharper quality. However, the developed by Panasonic Avionics Corporation screens differ in size depending on the class; 12.1 inch for the Economy Class, 20 inch for the Business Class and 27 inch for the First Class.
You have the choice of over 1,300 channels of entertainment, over 300 movies, various collections of music tracks and dozens of TV shows. The GUI (Graphical User Interface) which was launched recently is designed to make system features and content easier to navigate as it brings a huge range of communication and entertainment choices to the passenger’s fingertips. All new Boeings 777 joining the Emirates Airline will be equipped with it and by next year, on Emirates A380 aircraft. The goal behind all of this is to ensure maximum comfort and choices for the Emirates Airline passengers during their flight.
