This is what we all have been waiting for, the new range-topping model, Aston Martin Vanquish. It stands between Aston Martin’s car collection as the second most expensive with a price tag of $280,000 after the Aston Martin One-77. Anyway, it’s pretty obvious that the Aston Martin One-77 has influenced the styling of the Vanquish in terms of curving waistline, the LED rear light blades and the elongated side strikes. Underneath, the new model sits on the same VH chassis that all of the company’s productions sit on. However, the new “fourth generation” VH chassis is 30% stiffer and the car is 56 kg lighter than older models because of the use of carbon fiber body panels.
Under the hood lays the 6 liter V12 super engine which is capable of developing 565 horsepower and 457 pounds-feet of torque which will allow it to reach 100km/p in 4.1 seconds and a top speed of 293km/h. With plan of selling scheduled to start early next year, the new Aston Martin Vanquish is going to pleasure many a people, for sure.
