Singita has once again taken top honors in this year’s US Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards! Winning the World’s Best Hotel for the second time in a row is considered to be a remarkable achievement as the global competition was at its top. Singita, is a small privately owned South African conservation company that has outdone many of the globally renowned hospitality groups in the recent polls. Things don’t end only with Singita Grumeti Reserves winning the No.1 position on the poll, its sister lodges Singita Kruger National Park came in 7th place and Singita Sabi Sand on the 10th place. Singita Grumeti, offers a trio of luxury lodges, in addition to the Singita Explore mobile camp for the entertainment of the guests and of course, a world-class safari with wild-life encounters.
Owner and Chief executive of Singita, Luke Bailes, said that the reason why guests adore Singita was because of the staff it has. He said: “I often ask foreign visitors why they consider the service to be such an outstanding feature during their stay and most say it’s because the staff are so warm and embracing.
