MEBA takes place at Dubai World Central Al Maktoum International Airport for the first time from 11-13 December and will serve as a showcase for the business aviation sector in the region. It is organized by the Middle East Business Aviation Association (MEBAA), of which Royal Jet was the founding member and is a current board member.
As the leading business aviation operator in the Middle East, Royal Jet will be exhibiting an incredible static display and presenting its wide-ranging aviation services. Specialists will be on hand to promote not only Royal Jet’s luxury air charter services, Fixed Base Operation (FBO) and VIP terminal at Abu Dhabi International Airport but also its charter brokerage, Medical Evacuation Service, and aircraft management and acquisition consultancy services. Last year, Royal Jet operated 3,135 flights to 370 cities in 136 countries.
“The business aviation industry in the Middle East has shown great resilience through the long global economic downturn,” said Shane O’Hare, Chief Executive Officer of Royal Jet. “It still faces a number of hurdles as the world economy is still so fragile, but the MEBA event is a wonderful opportunity for the UAE to underline its leadership in the aviation sector. Royal Jet enjoys a close working relationship with MEBAA and we are delighted to be playing a part in MEBA that has raised the profile of the Middle East business aviation sector on the global platform.”
O’Hare said that the flexibility and time-saving offered by private business jet charter would continue to drive growth in the sector. “Private jet operators take business decision-makers as close as possible to their final destination,” added O’Hare, “and so a chartered corporate jet can be a highly cost-effective business tool. These unique advantages will help increase demand for private charter in the years ahead. Royal Jet’s own success is based on going above and beyond our clients’ expectations, and we will continue to do everything we can to deliver unmatched luxury and service quality.”
